We give our clients the edge that they need to compete in today’s markets. A web presence is a must that you cannot afford to be without. Our goal is to work with you to give you this presence. The start-up costs for your website are as follows:

Domain name:

•Yearly rates or longer terms available.
•Clients may purchase their own domains. Hotspring Web  Design will need to be given access to these records for  proper DNS address changes.

Website hosting:

•Hosting can be with Hotspring Web Design. Hosting is billed quarterly or yearly in advance.
•Larger websites with higher bandwidth usage may have higher hosting costs.
•Clients can provide their own hosting. Some website features may be limited with external hosting. This will depend on the capabilities of the host.

Website Design and maintenance:

•With Hotspring Web Design you will find very competitive rates. We charge hourly rates on design and monthly maintenance. We believe that our clients receive better value for their money by paying for the time that is actually spent rather than a flat fee for design or a monthly maintenance fee. We can discuss your project with you and give a rough estimate so that you can get an idea of cost.
•Ongoing website maintenance/design will be billed at the hourly rate of  $35.00 per hour.
•We honor all content updating time frames if possible. The expectation is that clients will provide content in a timely manner.

Website Redesign:

•For website redesign projects we reserve the right to estimate based on the existing site and the changes requested by the client.

Terms:

•We require payment in advance for Domain Name registration and website hosting. One-third (1/3) of the design estimate will be paid in advance with the remainder received before the website goes “live”.
•Terms for website maintenance invoicing will be Net 15 days. Hotspring Web Design reserves the right to remove any website for non-payment.

Web usable animated or static banners:

•Banners can be used on any website at the clients discretion. We will work cooperatively with you to provide the files need for advertising on external websites. All banners made by Hotspring Web Design will be exhibited on our website for a 3 month term at the least.

2-3 slide animated banner $35.00
5-7 slide animated banner $50.00

Mailing List Database:

•We will keep your mailing list database on a secure server and send out your mass e-mailings at your request. (extra fee may apply)

Contest Database:

•We will keep your contest entries on a secure server and have the lists up-to-date and ready when needed for the contest ending. We cross-check all contest entries with your Mailing List database to make use of the traffic received from your contest. (One time set-up fee applies)

24/7 contact with us to resolve any problems or emergency requests about your website.
